Notably, he served as a package designer for Johnson & Johnson, leading packaging and brand design for globally recognized brands like Band-Aid, Listerine, and Neosporin. Transitioning to the forefront of design, he played a pivotal role in shaping branding and advertising for Vivint Smart Home, a leading smart home company in the United States. Post-Vivint, TJ led a dynamic team of designers, driving the development of retail and wholesale design strategies for Purple, showcasing his versatility and leadership.
